LINER-LESS™ Labels Applied to Forms

We developed many of our products in answer to our customers' unique situations. One of these applications was the LINER-LESS™ label. But you may ask "Why switch"?

LINER-LESS™ means:
   • less cost. Approximately 35% less expensive than piggyback
     labels intended for the same application.
   • less waste. "Throw away" liner is replaced by a proprietary
     coating that preps the label area of the form.
   • less weight. Overall weight of the form is reduced since the
     coating weighs significantly less than the throw away liner.

     piggyback that will meet your requirements.
   • virtually unlimited adhesive options. From permanent, to
     removable, to repositionable, all with various temperature ranges.
   • better performance. Thinner profile of the form in the area of the
     LINER-LESS™ label allows the form to run smoothly through
     your printer with fewer jams and less abrasion against the print head.
   • better packaging. Label area does not “grow” as quickly so
     stacks retain their stability much longer. They do not have as much
     tendency to shift in the carton.

We can also create provide padded LINER-LESS™ labels that are cut-to-size labels, padded like 3M Post-it® Notes, using virtually any adhesive.
