We have been manufacturing custom tags and labels of all types for more than 60 years. Paul Valenti Sr. started Chicago Tag & Label with an innovative design for a tag customer. Since then, we have perpetuated this ingenuity to provide solutions to our customers for all their customized tags requirements.

Custom Labels

Chicago Tag & Label is one of the most innovative converters of custom labels in the United States. We specialize in narrow web print technologies including flexographic, letterpress, combination and digital printing. We offer a variety of labels including; alternating, integrated, LINER-LESS™, piggyback and Pressure Sensitive custom die cuts for printed labels.

Custom Forms

We are the authority in custom forms - specifically integrated label & form combinations - which are commonly used for packing slips, invoices, pick lists, shipping labels and production orders for internet and catalog shipments. The integrated label laser sheet is designed to improve and consolidate various functions with one-pass variable data laser printing through your printer.
