Our Process

To place an order with Chicago Tag & Label, our process is as follows:

  1. Call us at 800-826-8260 or CONTACT US.
  2. A sales representative or customer service representative will get back to you within 24 hours.
  3. Please have all specs and information on the product you would like quoted available including:
    • Quantity
    • Size
    • Material
    • Colors
    • Bar-Coding / Variable Data Information
    • Die Cuts
    • Furnishing & Packaging
    • Type of printer
    • Shipping & Freight Requirements
  4. A price quote will be emailed to you.
  5. If you agree to the price quote, send in a Purchase Order and sign off on the quote and email back to your Chicago Tag & Label contact, we will then begin processing your order.
  6. If you are a new customer a credit check will need to completed, unless you are paying by credit card.
  7. Artwork for the project (if applicable) will need to be emailed to your Chicago Tag & Label representative.
  8. An electronic proof will be generated by our graphic arts department, if the proof is acceptable you will need to sign off of the proof and email or fax it back to your Chicago Tag & Label representative. If you have changes, please note them on the proof form and a new proof will be generated for your approval. We will NOT process a job until we have signed proof approval.
  9. Orders are typically manufactured in 10-14 business days, but this is determined on demand, a more accurate completion date will be assigned after we receive your signed proof approval.
  10. Finished goods are shipped upon completion.
