We specialize in narrow web print Flexography technologies including digital pre-press proofing and plates. We offer a variety of pressure sensitive labels including; preprinted bar code, sequentially numbered, alternating, integrated, LINER-LESS™, piggyback, thermal and direct thermal, harsh environment material labels, preprinted or blank labels. We stock a variety of materials, including synthetics such as Tyvek, Valeron, Vinyl and Outdoor PFP that are durable enough to withstand even the harshest of conditions.
Chicago Tag & Label capabilities include RFID tags or label solutions. Our partnerships within the RFID field provide additional support to educate your team for implementation information. We have the technology to produce HF and UHF RFID tags and labels, all custom made to fit your solutions and your environment.
We are experts in barcodes and variable imaging. We can print all of your barcode needs, whether static or variable with accuracy and consistency. Being able to offer 100% in-line real-time verification of barcodes while on the press allows us to eliminate errors and verify every barcode meets ANSI specifications. In order to assure that our custom labels meet your specifications, we have a dedicated Research & Development team that can re-create the environment for which your label will reside. We provide inks, UV over laminates and adhesive solutions that will be able to withstand the harshest weather, water, hazardous environments, outdoor use and rough handling.
